Warranty


All digital accessories sold by Yunze are provided with warranty.
Warranty time:

USB flash drive: 2 years
SD card: 2 years
SSD: 3 years for MLC,5 years for SLC

RMA Scope


A. Hard drive damage is caused by hardware faults, functional faults and manufacturing faults under correct operation.
B. Following conditions are not within our RMA scope:
1. Flash drives are not supplied by Yunze.
2. Damaged products are beyond warranty period.
3. Warranty label inside our product has been removed.
4. Secure digital storage devices have been changed by the third parties, which are not authorized by Yunze.
5. Defects are resulted from improper operation, accidents, or other conditions which are not caused by Yunze.

 

RMA Procedure
Mobile hard drive with defects and within our RMA scope should be sent to us. If not, Yunze will not be responsible for product reparation or replacement.

 

Surcharge Scope
1. Defects caused by other companies
2. Defects beyond warranty period
3. Replacement of USB flash drive shell

 

Other Important Items
1. Yunze has independent reparation and replacement rights for defected solid state drives.
2. Defected flash memory will be replaced with that of same capacity and specification.
3. We are not responsible for data loss and dummy during reparation.
